How do I book an event with Off the Cuff Catering?
Initial contact is easiest via phone or email. We are typically extremely busy between the hours of 6am and 12pm. Messages will be returned in the afternoons. We also offer a convenient online ordering form to make initial contact with us. We can answer anyquestions you may have with this option.

How does payment work?
Payment is due upon event. For events totaling $1000 or more, we require 50% down upon receiving a finalized invoice and the remaining balance to be paid upon event.
Do you set up and tear down events?
Off the Cuff Catering is a full service caterer located in Kalamazoo. We travel roughly 75 miles in every direction, enabling us to serve:
We work with several venues throughout Southwest Michigan to ensure your event is perfect. Delivery and set up fees vary depending on distance the size of the event.
What if I don’t see what I am looking for on your menu?
We aren’t called Off the Cuff for no reason! We love a challenge and enjoy working with you on specialized menu offerings to ensure your event is exactly how you picture it.
Do you have tents, flatware, dinnerware, a bar, etc.?
We don’t provide these items, but we have close business relationships with local vendors that provide them. We are happy to help coordinate these offerings for your event.
We do offer acrylic plates and flatware that are available to purchase; these are an elegant, disposable option for any event. We also offer compostable or disposable paper products for any event.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Like any other Michigan business, summers are crazy! It’s always recommended that you save the date by calling or emailing and advising us of the date of your event so we can be sure to accommodate you.
Do you provide staff for your events?
We are happy to provide an appropriate amount of staffing for your events based on your needs. We will work together to decide what a suitable number is.
